Premium Double Room 25% supplement
Standard Triple and Quadruple Room: 3rd and 4th bed 30% reduction
Superior Triple and Quadruple Room: 3rd and 4th bed 10% reduction
5-Bed-Room: 3rd and 4th bed 10% reduction, 5th bed 40% reduction.
For BED and BREAKFAST there is a reduction of 15 euro per day per person.
We accept small and medium-sized animals at the price of 10 euro per day per animal.

Arrival and Departure
On the arrival day the rooms are available from 2.00 pm. Please notify us in case of arrival after 7.00 pm
• On the departure day the rooms have to be left by 10.00 am
• For late arrival or early departure the agreed cost of the room will be charged
• In case of availability, late departure is possible with a supplement of 30 euro per room
Reservation's confirmation
Only written reservations confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the stay (with a minimum of 250 euro per room per week) will be considered valid.
For summer bookings the deposit will be returned only in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the beginning of the stay.
No refunds in case of cancellation made within 2 months before the arrival date.
